About FILIT

FILIT has been developed over the past four years in consultation with multiple organisations to support their communities and settings in implementing a whole of site systematic approach. It provides educators with the knowledge, skills, resources, and confidence to provide positive behaviour support with sustainable practices that are data informed and proactive in nature.

FILIT positively impacts students’ sense of belonging, social skills, overall wellbeing, as well as educator safety, job satisfaction, professional relationships, time management, and health.

The implementation of this approach and system has seen;

The FILIT Process

With the FILIT system, users can create in-depth Individual Behaviour and Wellbeing Support Profiles, leading to the automatic generation of Behaviour and Wellbeing Support Plans. About the Creator

KELLY OLDFIELD

At the helm is Kelly Oldfield, the Owner and Creator of FILIT PTY LTD, with over 17 years of experience as a child behaviour consultant, working in public, private, and independent schools, education support centres, and childcare centres, throughout both metropolitan and regional Western Australia.

Armed with a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced, Kelly’s proficiency in complex behavioural challenges and certifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Trauma-Informed Positive Behaviour Support form the backbone of FILIT’s methodology.

Kelly is also owner and director of Child Development and Behaviour Specialists (CDBS).
